PRE-CONSTRUCTION PLANNING PHASE
Discussion on land suitability, flooring plan/blueprint, colours and material style selections.
PHASE 1
Excavation operations carried out to begin drainage and foundation installation completed.
PHASE 2
Interior & Exterior works from brickwork/block work, 1st & 2nd fix carpentry, plumbing installation, electrical installation and decoration works completed.
PHASE 3
All snagging completed and build is successfully finished to a high standard.
